Tier 1 Lockdown: 0* and 1* gear
Tier 2 Lockdown: 2* and 3* gear
Tier 3 Lockdown: 4* and 5* gear
Thus far I have the following member loadouts verified:
Phlik: T1, T2, and T3 ready
Tallaby: T1, T2, and T3 ready
Pwincess-Chunk: T1, T2, and T3 ready
