PROMOTION GUIDELINES

Recruits are to use their two week training period to prove they are ready for promotion to Member status. If they cannot do so in the two week time frame, they will be removed from the guild.

Expected behavior from all Goonies who wish to be promoted:

 - you follow the guild rules,
 - you treat everyone nicely,
 - you get to know the members on a more personal basis,
 - you are not selfish and enjoy helping other members out, 
 - you enjoy playing Spiral Knights,
 - you behave in a mature manner,
 - you are patient, and
 - you are trustworthy.

Recruit to Member:

    Follows all guild rules
    Has at least one set of 2* (two star) gear and weapons
    Has played as a Goonie for at least 2 (two) weeks
    Inviting Guild Master/Officer has the permission to give this promotion

Member to Veteran:

    Follows all guild rules
    Has knowledge of and follows mist well and guild storage rules
    Has at least one set of 3* (three star) gear and weapons
    Has played as a Goonie for at least 6 (six) weeks
    Has shown the ability to communicate nicely to fellow knights, has shown respect to all members and has been able to aid others when needed.
    Is endorsed by the officer or Guild Master who invited them into the guild
    This promotion is to be discussed with Captain-Chunk or Pwincess-Chunk first by the endorsing Guild Master/Officer then, if approved, they may give the promotion

Veteran to Officer (8 max):

    Follows all guild rules
    Has knowledge of and follows mist well and guild storage rules
    Has at least one set of 4* (four star) gear and weapons
    Has played as a Goonie for at least 3 (three) months
    Has been on a successful T2 (Tier two) boss run with another Guild Master/Officer
    Has shown the ability to communicate nicely to fellow knights, shown respect to all members, shown dedication to the guild hall and guild occupation (if applies), and has been able to aid others when needed.
    Is endorsed by two Guild Master(s)/Officer(s)
    This promotion is to be discussed with Captain-Chunk or Pwincess-Chunk first by the endorsing Guild Master(s)/Officer(s) then, if approved, either of the endorsing parties may give the promotion

Officer to Guild Master (6 max):

    Follows all guild rules
    Has at least one set of 5* (five star) gear and weapons
    Has played as a Goonie for at least 6 (six) months
    Has the ability to aid other guild members on any Tier boss run
    Has shown the ability to communicate nicely to fellow knights, shown patience and respect to all members, shown dedication to the guild hall and guild occupation (if applies), and has been able to aid others when needed.
    This promotion is only to be granted by Captain-Chunk or Pwincess-Chunk

**We have the right to a) decide against promoting, b) promote members faster than the pre-requisite tenure if the member exceeds our expectations and requirements, and c) remove members entirely from the guild without notice**
